• To change the address on your registration, you may use the DMV's Change of Address card and write your new address on the registration card in the space provided. Fill out the form completely and mail to the DMV. The DMV will then change your address in its computer system.
• You may also change your address at any DMV branch. You need to bringyour current registration card, RI drivers' license, proof of insurance and proof of your new address. The fee is $6.50.
