Registration Renewal

NOTICE: March registration renewals and stickers will begin to go out this week. If you have already paid for your renewal and have not yet recieved your stickers, we ask for your patience. Your current stickers are valid until March 31st and you will receive your renewed registration and sitckers before then.

IMPORTANT: Please check with your local city or town tax assessor to be certain that you do not owe any property taxes on your vehicle. The DMV cannot process a renewal that has outstanding property taxes owed. If you do owe tax to your city or town, you must first pay the tax and then have the tax assessor's office stamp your renewal form "Registration Approved."

Please note:

Effective August 2003, registration renewals can no longer be done on a walk-in basis. You must renew online or mail your renewal form and payment to the address on your renewal form. Your registration and stickers will be mailed to you. Please allow at least two weeks for this transaction.

If you do bring your renewal to a DMV branch, you will be directed to a drop-box set up for this purpose.

If you choose to mail your renewal, you must make sure that all areas of the form are filled out completely and that your insurance information is included.
