  • Your insurance card
  • A credit/debit card and billing address
  • A printer connected to your computer in order to print your receipt
  • More...

NOTICE: March registration renewals and stickers will begin to go out March 10th. If you have already paid for your renewal and have not yet recieved your stickers, we ask for your patience. Your current stickers are valid until March 31st and you will receive your renewed registration and stickers before then.

Please note:

Effective August 2003, registration renewals can no longer be done on a walk-in basis. You must renew online or mail your renewal form and payment to the address on your renewal form. Your registration and stickers will be mailed to you. Please allow at least two weeks for this transaction.

If you do bring your renewal to a DMV branch, you will be directed to a drop-box set up for this purpose.

Please check with your local city or town tax assessor to be certain that you do not owe any property taxes on your vehicle. The DMV cannot process a renewal that has outstanding property taxes owed. If you do owe tax to your city or town, you must first pay the tax and then have the tax assessor's office stamp your renewal form "Registration Approved."

This electronic record retrieval system displays driver license validity and restrictions, CDL details, and driving history information only. The Federal Drivers Privacy Protection Act of 1994 restricts access to personal information, including address and social security number (title 18, United States Code, chapter 123).

What you will need to obtain your licensed driver record:

  1. A credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) to pay for registration renewal fees.
  2. Your last name, date of birth, and the zip code that appears on your license
  3. Your driver's license number: This 7-digit number can be found at the top of your license.
