Disability Parking Permit Information

People who have impaired mobility due to a permanent or temporary condition, and meet the established criteria, may apply for a handicap placard. A handicap placard is issued to an individual, not to a vehicle. It allows the holder of the placard to be transported in any vehicle, theirs or someone else's, and to be allowed to use handicapped parking.

Part one of the application is to be filled out and signed by the applicant; part two is to be completed and signed by the attending physician. Your application will be brought before the Medical Review Board for approval. The Board meets once a month, so please allow sufficient time for your application to be approved and processed. If your application is approved you will be notified by mail.
